PASADENA, Calif. -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has positioned a Mobile Disaster Recovery Center (MDRC) at the Local Assistance Center (LAC) in Santa Barbara. Earlier this week, FEMA deployed MDRCs to LACs in Anaheim Hills and Sylmar.
